Enjoy manys a walk from the nature reserves at East Wretham Heath with its 'loud waterfowl clanking and splashing on Langmere, songbirds chattering in the gorse, the bleat of sheep and hiss of the wind whispering through the pine trees (walk 27, pg 90) to Norwich's castles and Thetford Forest to Lynford - there’s something for all abilities.
