The book contains 30 circular walks of between 3 and 7 miles, none of
which are particularly strenuous. At the beginning of each walk entry there is a panel
giving practical information about the walk.
The 30 circular walks cover the entire county from
west to east and north to south and are arranged into six geographical areas. Each walk is graded in terms of mileage
and difficulty- so families with young children can choose the easy
ones, and enthusiasts can find more challenging routes to work up a
thirst!
