Whilst some walkers might trot round the coastal path in less than five days, Rogers makes the much more sensible suggestion of taking 12 days and divides the path up accordingly, travelling anti-clockwise from Holyhead and walking around 16km (10 miles) a day.
The guide can be used by someone just wanting to do individual day walks (designed in such a way as to maximise public-transport links), or the entire path in one trip. This compact, well-designed volume has everything you need to organise your trip and get going.
An extremely useful addition to your rucksack.
